ninja assassins
updated @ 4:46 PM

while others were snoring their lazy yet beautiful sunday morning away, the colleagues and i braved ourselves for a 'war' of our own. =)

let me tell you....it was truly a form of good exercise wokay. for a mere of an hour and thirty minutes worth of running, squatting, ducking, aiming, shooting and shouting. i was really gasping for air after each part of the 'war'. or maybe i was just weak. bleargh.

but i was really thankful for i didnt walk away with a huge 'lovebite'. i silently prayed hard that i wouldnt get it on any part of my body for it will take 2-3weeks to heal wokay. scaryyy. but two or three of my colleagues were unlucky enough or maybe not fast enough to duck away (HAHA!) from the 'bullet' that they received those 'lovebites' on their arms and even on the butt! hilarious! and to think we still need to report for school the next day. Lol!

despite the tiredness, my sunday wasnt that bad afterall! i lioke! =)
and later part of the day was spent with the bestfriends. her 23rd burpday. let's save that for another day. shagged! zzZZzzz...

royal wedding of fiza&elfy
updated @ 9:07 PM

the much awaited wedding in our tiny family. =)
it was truly a mad rush week for her especially since her wedding fell on that last week of school. 21st Nov. but all's well. she did her packing way before and settled all her work early of the week before she went for leave on the third day before her wedding.

i just could not help it but to feel the excitement as well when it comes to wedding. ;)

staff dinner
updated @ 11:47 PM

it's the time of the year again where everyone will look different than their normal teacher look everyday. quote from one of my colleagues, pauline, 'our everyday look are no different from a haggard auntie.' how sad but true. no matter how much i love to dress myself up, i just cannot. how can i dress up when i need to be in PE attire almost everyday aye? have you ever seen a PE teacher in makeup & dress? if you happen to see one, pls do call me & i would love to steal a tip or two on how she is able to do that comfortably. and with the amount of work we were overwhelmed with, we just cant help it but to have 'that' look at the end of the day and all we could think of once we reached home is shutting down our brain.

so that explains why i love occasions like this. i love to see how the colleagues took an extra effort to doll themselves up in makeup which make them look younger & don in pretty lacey dresses for some who got teased by the guys in a good way. twas' nice! =) of course, i really hope for a theme as always. next year maybe. that will be totally so much fun! just gotta convince the elders into this. hmm. now that's gonna be hard.

the staff dinner was held on that tiring friday after our school's prize-giving day and we were all so shagged from that last day of packing our stuffs and helping the environment committee to clear the recycling corner. we ended school at 3-ish and we had to get ready for the dinner by 6.15pm. how rushing. the thought of having a power nap first back at home totally unsuccessful.
thankfully, i got the time to do some curling for the hair. heh. no theme and so i just grab my most comfy favourite simple dress and asked my dad to send me over. tirrreeedd.

here are some of the moments captured. =)

my netball partner in crime. =)

and guess what? pls shout......

i love DECEMBER. ;)

family bbq
updated @ 2:25 AM

it all started when we found charcoals left from dont-know-when in the PE room and so my partner-in-crime decided to hold a bbq at the end of that stressful friday after 6pm with our tired and oily looking faces. the number of turnouts didnt matter at all for the company we had that evening was enough to bring the school down that our oooooo-mmmmmm even had to remind us to lower our 'volume'. like duh. it's the only time we could actually let our hair down and just be ourselves. one of our family members are getting married in a week's time and the topics we yakked about were oh so kinky. it seemed the bride just could not WAIT. Lol! twas' fun though being around them, knowing that we're just normal beings afterall. not slaves. =)

as they said, it's the last good ol' moments at our old school. and that's pretty sad. i've been there since i was seven and it will be revamped into a brand new school soon. hmm. but let's look at the bright side, shall we? in two years' time, the kids will be hyped and motivated enough to learn in a conducive environment where almost everything is AVAILABLE and brand new. =) 7-storeys high. they were so looking forward to that BUT the teachers kinda errrr, say again? 7-storeys? and there we were praying silently that the class we are going to teach wont be somewhere above 3rd storey. heh.

all i want is
updated @ 9:38 PM

a day of rest without having to teach for a weekday. but i still had to get my butt off the bed for orchidville, not for photography on orchids but for our yearly corporate planning. on a brighter note, the venue itself was great enough to brighten up our 'planning'. =) and for me, i was lucky enough as i got to bump into my secondary school ex-teachers. they were having their corporate planning there as well. looking great as they used to be. =)

do you know that you can create your own hybrid of orchid?

and so, i told babyku that one of my wedding ideas is to fill the aisle and dinner tables with flowers. now i know what kind of flowers i want them to be. =)

they are jut so beautiful.

my neighbour and fearsome clique. =)

Kak Fardilah, the fearsome Malay teacher with her beloved son. another one on the way...wheeee! =)
