his anticipation
updated @ 9:41 PM
and ours too!

never a doubt he did well but we know he could have done better. as always.
he and his soccer....AND sms here and there on his hp.

*shake heads to kids nowadays*

i just felt that hp should not be allowed in school. -_-

i was already in school as early as 9am with the other colleagues to get ourselves dirty with
those desk copies, manipulatives and STELLA books. get things organized for next year's usage!
by lunch, i was with the family who was already in the hall. the atmostphere was so tense!
as we went back to the pupils' class for the individual release of their PSLE results, mum was
looking all worried. i knew she pinned high hopes on him.
well, he's the only boy. the youngest child!

she was in tears. she was little disappointed with his result, i know.
too playful even when PSLE was nearing. so, i expected this.
oh well, boys matured at a later stage right?
and he promised to work harder in Sec 1 in order to promote to the next level.

let's think on the bright side, shall we?
as a student myself, i knew just how difficult or easy normal exam or PSLE were.
i'd been through all that. so, i truly understand how much the lil' bro went through for the past few years or so.
i know he did try his best, and this is not the end of his learning journey.
this is just the beginning of a whole new challenge.

i saw his first expression when he took his report book with the result slip.
he smiled. he was truly delighted. i knew from that moment he did his best. he was contented.
and during lunch, he showed me his hp, with little calculations which i wasn't aware of.
he said, "Uda, tengok...A'an improved alot compared to Prelim."

i smiled, "baguslah!"

kakak macam ni pun ada eh? kasar benar. lol!

so a promise is never meant to be broken. no?
especially a promise between brother and sister.

a new hp for him.

bankrupt lah seh. so many things to purchase at the end of the year.
*headache*

so much for objecting the use of hp in school aye!
but what to do...all the more i need to check up on him when he goes to secondary school!
