thankfully that today it's the last friday i'll be missing from school.
twas' good while it lasts. missing from school is really not a good idea aye.
lots of things to cover with the babies the following school day.
of course, it was definitely great where i could wake up abit later than usual, not thinking about
work for awhile. just think photography. =) something i love and enjoy to do.
so yea, the colleague and i went for a photography course for two Fridays in the morning.
for a start, it was awfully boredom. as much as i was a history student back then, i hate for the fact
that too many words to be absorbed into my brain would definitely shut me down. what's more a
bad start for a great morning aye! i was almost falling asleep sitting at the back. so lesson learnt,
never sit at the back of any class for the probability of falling asleep is very high. honestly, i've
known that lesson long time ago but i choose to listen to my morning sleepy mind. lol!
overall, i was glad that i attended this course. so many new things that i've learnt not only from
the French lecturer but also from the other teachers as well. didn't expect them to be so
enthusiastic about photography that they deserved credits for their photos captured. hidden
talents! never mind the fact that i still have yet to get my very own dslr. so i made do with
babyku's camera when we had to make rounds to capture moments in bugis for the practical.
it was good motivation and encouragement by the lecturer after seeing the pictures taken. that i
really cannot wait to just get away from my routines and just spend a day capturing the daily
lives of people from all walks of life. heaven.
the day did not end there and then. i cabbed down back to school for an individual reading
session with one of my babies, followed by preparations for the school sports day for our house.
by then, my body, mind and soul were really begging for mercy. mintak ampun banyak2!
forget about negative thoughts, think positive ones like....
a reason to meet this curly wurly girlfriend of mine. you know i know lah hor! ;)
i was really excited for this day. not only because of meeting this love, but another reason
worth for. that i couldn't keep thinking about it since the day she sms-ed about it. oh how i could
not wait to embrace it. now, it's in my hands. like finally. and i just realised something about me.
never have i been taking care of my things that well, but this one...i definitely treasure it very
much that i kept it in a drawstring bag. i even heeded this love's advice in stuffing its papers
back into it to maintain its shape.
to top it all up, i was really delirious with joy at the super great news which really made that
friday a fantabulous one. something to look forward. 2009 has been great so far! *hugs idayu*
next part of the night...it would not be complete without girls talk over at coffee bean. ;)
till i could feel the tiredness in me already. so cabbed home. crashed into bed. cannot tahan liao!
just one and a half more month to June hols. =)
