the ones who made me sane in school

after days of brainstorming (more of bickerings actually), decorations and rehearsals,
the final project for the final semester is finally over and done with.
what a big sigh of relief! a load off our burden. =)
sometimes, it's not just about the final product.
it's the ongoing process that truly matter.
we get to learn alot from one another, not just on the outside but deep inside.
we learn how individuals' style of work, even the tiny weeny details of it, affect the other.
but amazingly, we came to a turning point where all's happy and crappy too.
the brillant idea when 5 heads conjoined. lol!
to think that we can all be taking it easily, but hey, the pressure only comes when we forgot about the decoration of Alcander.
oh well, i guess one thing for sure, that's how we work. being a slack and last minute worker.
sometimes, we gotta agree it works best that way. but of course, it doesn't apply to all. haha.
anyway, t'was great time being with these girlfriends of mine. what more with the last week of school being a bummer!
let's just make this the best out of it! =)
pictures taken throughout the last day of preparation for the actual performance which was the next day. lol!

we couldn't agree more with the turnout of our pictures. t'was always picture perfect. or at least that was what we believe in our eyes. haha.

the nature of a teacher's work.
dear kids, we did all these for you. so appreciate it hor!

it was Valentine's Day that thursday. and this petite girl of mine wore a dress to school.
"baby! you looked gorgeous!" haha.

a big thank you to faizal who took this picture perfect for us.
he acted like some kind of a big shot cameraman when he took multiple shots of us.
he entered the student hub and there we went, "hey faizal, take picture for us!"
and he was supposed to rehearse for his "last night..." dance at the stage. haha.

that sofa for sure blends with my top. lol!
but what matters most is US. haha.

do you believe that we're teachers-to-be? hmm...

we can't help it but we're actually coping with stress.
yes, this was our stress management. lol! it helps though.

laddu means sweet. or somewhere along that word.
just because i showed her the way to that particular 199 bustop behind block 7(yes, at the final year, she's still unsure. haha),
she bought me a laddu from Little India the next day.
tell me, how sweet she can be? =)

these two ladies were famous for their own quarrels but at the end of the day, all's well.
oh! they will quarrel again the very next day. haha. but it's ok, it's no big deal anyway. lol!

oh, this was Ling's idea actually. i guess this was the consequences of being a part-time model for that beer ads i think.
the things she learnt. haha.

and dear kids, don't do this at home or anyway wokay.
*shakes head*
them and their bimbotic ideas.

"oh what beautiful hair you have there, annu!" lol!
*inside joke*

i personally like this shot. but that annu had to somehow spoil it.
just because she's the odd one. pose serious like a model, annu!

and finally, the last picture before we call it a day. =)

i can't believe we were in the middle of a dry market to do our last bits of the boards.

that petite girl of mine was missing in the picture?
at this moment, i guess she was still hugging her bantal busyuk! haha.
ok fine, i lied. she was already in the taxi on the way. heh.

listen carefully kids!
the class that we're allocated to...they're simply smart, i tell you!
a particular malay boy (extreme left at the front seat in the picture) is very smart and read really well ok.
he knew about the Rameses, the pharoah/Eygyptian King and the Asian Civilization that we're performing on.
i can foresee him to be in a drama club, a stage performer and an emcee. =)

when all the others wore black, we, being the slacks, wore black and white that day. lol!

teacher/Evander. Alcander. Kiya. Jamie. Rameses/Narrator.
of the roles that we played.

the Sun loves them. and i love them too.
and that's it for our readers' theatre.
2 more major burdens left. 2 more minor burdens left too.
tonight and tomorrow, i've to up my rank to HOD unofficially for i need to really crack my brain for the maths test construction items.
im not sure how the heck am i suppose to set a test paper. bleargh!Labels: girlfriends, school
