and there goes for part 1 of his 22nd celebration
updated @ 11:09 PM
the day started with typical inconsiderate singaporeans who are so afraid of not able to board the train, that they had to be like bulls.
im sure you know what i mean.
whereas the class started with constructing test items for multiple-choice questions, which left us with confusion and frustration.
what a headache!
however, the last class ended my day with a good one. and when i say good, i mean really good.
khabishibai's (i think it's spelled this way) big story cards coupled with all sorts of musical instruments. hilarious!
reader's theatre, involving everyone together to read aloud with all kinds of expression according to the characters.
and i've been telling annu umpteen times that i love the lesson by our malay tutor.
she's simply sweet, gentle, outspoken, great voice. we even thought that she might also be a music teacher.
looking all young despite being in the teaching profession in secondary level for 15 years.
i just love looking at her for she has this soft, motherly look on her that gives me the assurance that im going to be just fine.
weird, i know. but i just don't know why. lol.

anyway, i decided to take the tiny weeny time off from the daily routines of school-related stuffs.
i know i shouldn't. what with the datelines drawing nearer and nearer each day.
but heck, i cannot take it anymore. it's driving me insane and sleepy too.
so i decided to procrastinate and return my sanity back to its place.
and this is the result;

Dear Zul Hilmi Bin Khalid,
You're invited to a private affair of your 2-days advanced 22nd celebration.
Please read the following details for further information.
Do call the usual number which you call every now and then since 1999 if you still have any other enquiries.

Day/Date: Friday, 11th January 2008
Venue: Botanic Garden
Time: 3 p.m till for as long as you want
Attire: Of course not just your boxers. The matching polo-t which you bought for us during your KL trip.
A matching theme for the attire this time since it's been so long since we had a matching wear.

Word of advice;
just sit back and relax. no prompt is needed along the way.
if not, we can just forget all about this surprise. lol!

Your beloved,
Siti Noraidah Bte Mohamed Salleh

the poor burpday boy had his night shift the previous day. and so he did not manage to wake up on time.
he's working his butts off, i tell you. im so proud of you, bie. =)
anyway, i still had my e-response journal to be submitted that friday.
thus, i let him sleep for a litle longer while i finished the e-response.

it was a perfect day for the surprise. hot and sunny, the perfect weather that i wished for.
the burpday boy was of course all jiggly and excited when he saw me with a bulky sling bag,
together with two small paper bags (for the glasses, wrapped with newspaper actually). lol!

unfortunately, we went to the wrong entrance which resulted us in having long walks.
but i love long walks. walking hand in hand together, heart-to-heart about everything under the sun.
for him, he's just plain lazy to walk. he even wanted to ride through the garden with his bike. -_-
luckily for his night shift work, i forgive him since he's exhausted.
in the name of love, he just have to walk down the lane with me. haha.

in the middle of the way, we decided to be safe and take a look at the map.
we wouldn't want to be walking aimlessly without any direction, looking for a perfect spot.
we are smart travelers. riiiiggghhttt....

this burpday boy over here acted as if he knows how to read the map.
but indeed, he really knows his stuffs.

love this part of the place. freshness!

picture perfect.
our personal favourite.
just as what we wished for our honeymoon. lol!

i'll never get a chance for a real, humongous, tallest waterfalls, at least not for now before marriage life.
nonetheless, this makes up for it. especially with the special person for the company.
l.o.v.e.

the long walk took us for quite some time.
there're plenty of places that attracted us all at the same time.
however, we couldn't possibly go to all of the places.
we just depend on our gut-feelings to lead us to the right place for a perfect spot.

speaking of tired-ness, we took a mini short break.
and when i mentioned mini short break, it is equivalent to one minute.
for i never want to waste any precious time to unveil the surprise,
and of course, for a quality time spent.
for all you know, rain may fall at any time.
so there...no time wasting! ;)

i was in awe, looking at all the beautiful sceneries there.
its tranquility coupled with the fragrance of the many colourful flowers just made me feel at ease.
a free mind. free from all those hustle and bustle of life.
it was definitely a great place for a good shot too. such heaven! =)

at this particular shot, he was embarrassed enough for a shot.
what with other tourists and singaporeans looking at us.
in the name of picturesque, the word shy and embarrass does not exist in my dictionary. Lol.

when they're out of sight, he's number one for this kind of shot.
for this, i love him so. for simply just being him. =)

i find this a cute little thing though. lol!
and i love it when the grass is a mixture of green, yellow and orange, just like that.

we're almost there baby! ;)

and now, we're here.
i did promise you that you're going to get your very own medicine on your 22nd. payback time.
haha. spastic looking babyku being blindfolded.
while he's being blinded by love (lol), i was busy being a doraemon.
took out everything that i brought for his surprise.
whip up his surprise as quickly as i could as the burpday boy kept whining about me being inefficient in doing work. a slow coach he said.
to add on to his whines, an anonymous insect crawled into his jeans that he claimed.
he frantically jumped up and down to let it out.
you deserved it burpday boy! who told you to call me lembab aye? lol.

for this was the cause of the slow coach that i involved myself with.
that the cleaner, a bangla kept looking at me strangely. giler agaknye budak ni!
so much for the motivation that i got from the kids show - Art Attack. lol!
this was my best for you, dear burpday boy. =)

after umpteen times of attempting to get a perfect shot of this whole surprise,
this was the only perfect shot that i could capture.
tiptoed. piggyback. jump up high. you name it.
just so we could capture it from above to see the whole thing. haha.

time really passes so fast eh?
now, you're 22 already. please don't grow up so fast can?

i was practically laughing at myself looking back at this pathetic heart that i tried to make.
but i guess it's okay to have a spastic heart for a spastic burpday boy. lol!
now..now...don't scold me hor, bie.

im really glad that you really love it. *hugs*

my mum will surely terpekik-pukau if i did ever break her precious fragile glass. lol.
luckily, i was careful enough to wrap them with newspaper. haha.

say what bie?
i shy....thank you.....
tee-hee.
l.o.v.e.

my definition of candlelight dinner/fine dining. haha.
l.o.v.e.

thank you to his mum for the pain and perseverance in giving birth to this wonderful boy.
and thank you so much to Him for bringing the almost perfect boy to me.

poor burpday boy didn't realise his left side of the face was covered with little tinsels after getting all comfy on the mat. lol.

what i brought from home. money-savings. hehee.

as per requested, the only rojak cha kway from the only favourite stall at banquet in greenridge.

and then, it's time for the main present that he'd always been eyeing for.

that he simply can't wait to have a try on it.

there you go, a makeover for the burpday boy. lol!
l.o.v.e.

to our dissappointment, it was already cloudy and the sky turned dark over the other side.
ohoh...nonetheless, we tried to capture those moments away as many as we could .

whilst taking this shot, he can multi-task by talking to anuar on the phone at the same time.
brotherly love. haha.
l.o.v.e.

a moulin rouge, a singapore male version that he claimed.
l.o.v.e.

say hey for our freedom! riiiggghhttt.....
l.o.v.e.

.hiLdah.

beautiful life with you.

bie, quick! it's going to rain!
alah....

vainity pot.

and the rain came...

taking our shelter under those kind, friendly big trees. lol!
coz apparently, there wasn't any shelter nearby.

orbs or the rain?
up to your interpretation.
o_O

thank you many2 for the raincoat to keep me from the rain.

the guilt in me arose, looking at him walking in the rain. =(
i want to share, you don't want!

we parted from that place. luckily, we're quick enough to keep all our stuffs away before the rain started to get heavy.

it's just so sad to part from the place that fast man.

however, the burpday boy promised to make our second trip there. hurray!
only this time, he will come prepare in bermudas. lol! phobia ke, bie?
dinner at Adam Rd to mark the end of part I of his 22nd.

lovely day.
and iloveyou hor. =)
