of efforts paid off and quality time with the loved ones
updated @ 10:18 PM

this might be a tad too late but hey, it's never too late to congrat them!
the sister and cousin had received their 'N' level results recently.
what more can we say?
we are more than proud for the both of you!

before this, whenever anyone of us questioned her about her 'N' level,
she will definitely answered in a solemn, idon'tknow and fail ah kind of way.
the cousin and his usual, okok ah.

their efforts eventually paid off, after all those whines and stressful period of mugging nonstop.
they each pass all their subjects and promote to the next level.
the sister will continue taking her 'O' level while the cousin will continue taking his ITE in Mechanical Engineering.
the cousin was worried of course with the choice of ITE prefered by his dad.
well cousin, no matter what or where the institution that you will be in,
it's up to your self-being so as not to be influenced by the notsogoodfactors.
you are a grown up already. so im pretty sure you know how to take care of yourself. =)
we have faith in the both of you. ;)

and below are what i've been up to during my last absence in the blogosphere.
.
.
.
the paternal side had planned eons ago to have our holiday at KL and kampong next.
due to unforeseen circumstances, we cancelled the trip.
boohoohoo....and yeah-ness to the the impromptu family trip to ECP for a picnic. =)

i remembered how i used to get excited over this kind of family outing.
the night before the actual day, i will pack everything up needed to be brought to the picnic.
and now, i think my lilttle niece has that same character of mine.
*overly excited, eager and enthusiastic*
but i have to beg a differ (abit). the little niece is really an OVERLY kind of girl.
once we already make known of her for this kind of outing or perhaps any other outings,
especially when we PROMISED to bring her out even to the shop downstairs,
she will ask so many questions with regards to the outz nonstop hits man.

"Ibu, nak pakai baju apa besok?" (this one, she will confirm ask first.)
"Mane mainan2 castle, ailah?? Nak taruk dalam beg princess ailah ni."
"K, ailah nak cari swimmin costume ailah ah."
"Adawiyah, Hajjar, Umaira semua ada? Anis ikot eh?" (her kamchengs katekan.)

and she can go on and on. *repeated mode*
that's why, we already learnt our lesson so as not to tell her way much early to her.
we only tell her on the actual day. haha.

and i think her little baby brother follow suit as well.
once we dressed him up in a more nice cute clothes, he insisted on going out straight away!
no delay2 i tell you! if not, he will cry.
that's what a baby does to grab our attention or simply trying to communicate in their own baby language.
in this case, HURRY PEOPLE, LET'S GO OUT NOW! haha.
and so again we learnt not to bathe and dress him up first.
in conclusion, all the adults are the ones to be ready first with all the necessary stuffs to bring along.
then, we can dress the little ones next. -_-

yeah! so happy to be out of the kandang kerbau house!

haha, we were complaining of having too many things on hand to carry that extra red nike.
(HANA -remember this bag? hhaha).
so dad willingly carried it for us. how funny!
but on a serious note, with that picture,
i thanked Him for granting dad the strength, faith, will and patience He could ever bless him with.
and please Ya Allah, do bless dad and mum for more of those strength, faith, will and patience for the rest of the future.
iloveyou Ya Allah.

anyway, while i was capturing kodak moments away, nenek was freaking out to see that very mini tornado.
The makciks and cousins ran quickly to see it.

"Eh sini2!!! Tengok tu! Ya Allah! Ada puting-berliung lah. Cepat sini!"

"Ye eleh nenek ni. Rilek ah."

"Alah itu belum lagi lah nek. Itu tengah sedut air. Sebab tu ada awan! Ape tu panggil...ah evaporation!"

-_-

i decided not to be in the water this time for i was plain lazy to change after that.
tandas kalau dekat takpe jugak!
but heck, i rather enjoy myself capturing their kodak moments away.
place like this is one of the best places to shoot. =)

whatsnot with the impression of that angelic innocent little cousin, hajar.
they say children make the best subjects to be captured on camera. how true! =)

sleep, eat, sight-seeing, chat corner. hhahaa...

ingat lawa lah tu boxer berbelang-belang! da lah star karat.

i simply love that shot of kakak! mum's too commented it's the best shot of kakak ever! she smiled right on time. =)
one for the album and the frame.

yesh, this is little sabrina aka pufferfish. tee-hee. adorable little thing.

irritating! very humiliating man. -_-

one word - disgust.

iisshh....geram!

yourstruly, little sister and little cousin rahmah.
number 1 for vainty pots.

dragging the adult, cousin arshad wasn't enough. they had to drag his little brother, cousin anis, into this embarrassing art activity.
what an art! more of a joke i would say!

ahhaha, they fooled around with him.

the gilers.

the granddaughter and grandfather aka pak uda, and of course, the partners-in-crime. muahahaha.

kira duit syiling ye dik? tak cup ke nak beli aiskrim?

the minahs kental.

the minahs kental again and a very kaypoh mat sesat.

i, as his aunty, am very jealous of those pretty long eyelashes ok.
not fair lor. a baby boy has longer eyelashes than mine. pfft!
quite a number of mum's friends thought little H is a baby girl because of those long eyelashes. haha.

lepak nampak, nenekku???

the craze over little H.

lastly, the new vainty pot of the guy version. -_-

moving on.......

like any other civil servants, every 12th of the month will be a happy day.
only this time at the end of the year, a-ok fat bonus makes them extra high.
it's unexpected of course for yourstruly and sizzy.
haha, that sms-es.

seoul garden or swensen, babes?
seoul garden?? swensen? what? mahal seh. broke seh.

oh well, their surprise treat did not turn out well enough for us.
tee-hee.

t'was a first time for kinky and she was yeah...pretty excited. -_-
what a wide spread of food we have here! =)
we were greedy enough to take whatever that is to take.
all kinds of satay meat, fishballs, crab meat, oysters, kerang, honey dew chicken and everything else.
errr....actually it was because we were too lazy to go back and forth to take again. haha.

i swear we really ate alot but surprisingly, i wasn't full yet.
we wanted to eat over and over again but eating those satay meat after quite sometime made us sick.
i was pretty dissappointed at the bugis outlet for they have limited variety of food actually.
they don't have the gravy for the satay like the one i had over at CWP outlet. ppfft!
thank goodness for ice-cream saved the night! haha.
oh helloooo kinky for winning the Miss Clumsy award throughout the entire dinner we had. ;)

it was a perfect dinner but somehow i felt we did not have that fruitful time to chat since it's been so long since we met.
tell me why time always have to chase us so fast over moments like this?

rushed to shop with the limited time left. only for them actually. bonus mah!
chet!
anyway, thank you so much kinky and buddy for the generous and yummy treat!
so next bonus, amacam? ;)

on a sunday, the family went over tok ahmad's house for a little prayer before tok ahmad and nek yah performed their pilgrimage at Makkah.
a moment of seeking advices and forgiveness.

moment like this made me stop and ponder,
when will my parent's turn be?
or in fact,
when will my turn be?

mum says, "Satu hari nanti akan tiba."
insyaallah.

i love that picture with mummy. =)

hope tok ahmad and nek yah will have a safe journey and fulfill their rukun islam yang kelima, insyaallah.
and may you be strong and patient to overcome whatever obstacles along the way.
we'll always pray for your safety. =)

and thank you mummy for your great photography skill hor.

last but not least,
one of the dull days, the cousins were complaining of boredom out of their school holiday.
the eldest sister, along, decided to bring us all out to Sentosa despite the rainy season.
unfortunately for kuzin rahmah, she had recently started on her holiday job.
so she could not join us and she was practically whining to us,
how she actually thought about us and the fun we were having together while she's at work!
nyehnyeh...

indeed, it was drizzling the moment we reached harbourfront interchange.
janji melayu lies in the blood. sumptuous lunch. bus ride with the new ticket counter at the interchange itself.
boys with their psp galore. salivate on those chubby cheeks. kecoh, kecoh and more kecoh.

in search for a shelter to protect ourselves. caught hungry again. cousin anis and his classic underwear.
superman moment. a baby stroll with the little H. ugly sombong peacock.

over icy cold sea water. captured their moments. frisbee which caught me off guard.
yes, secrets out for them. im scared of going far and deep into the sea. put on a life buoy won't help either.
yes, laugh all you want i welcome all critics.

of having hunks for my cousins. how time flies. they grew up physically but immature mentally.
of soccer for their mini activity together.
of water gun to sabo' one another.
of roti telur goreng and egg sandwich.
of itchy face after a dip into the sea.
of loose short that almost drop upon ashore.

time was ticking away. started to drizzle yet again. no luge and skyride. boohoo.
expensive ice-cream requested. walked down the wet road. giler tak sedar diri moment.

the new skytrain for the next stop. jakun attack. fight for the seats.
the tourists almost dropped dead, seeing our silly and kecoh antics.
ish...ish...typical singaporeans.

vivocity for our dinner at longjohn. orgasmic donuts over at vinco.
well, donut factory is way better. 188 - journey ride home. a long yawny one that is.
totally shagged. muscles aching. beach again? =)

and now, have a great night y'all! =)
