on the other hand, it was a good thing that class today was pushed forward to morning. so that i could finish up whatever chores that i needed to do at home. while i was having class, babyku was helping out to finish that last part of paint. =)
we were at it for 3 days back to back. by 5.30pm, he needed to get out of my house. haa.
nevertheless, i appreciate it babyku! muax!
and now, im here to take a breather. phew...penat! sesungguhnya banyak dugaan di bulan ini...haha.
budak ni buat kacau je tak abis-abis! tsk!
so let's see...
curtains sorted! i took the old dirty curtains down and mum hanged up the new ones. she's good at that man. me? aaaa..chooo!!! all the way. once start, cannot stop. =/ but i love the new curtains. so exquisite man.
kuihs sorted! along's in charge of this, storing all the kuihs be it nuts, crackers and others into the air-tight containers. despite us not making lots of it this year, it still look many to me. hmm...
baju kurong and kebaya sorted! mum volunteered to iron for all of us this time. haha. along claimed that her organza baju kurong is too sensitive for her to iron. we did not plan to go colour-coordinated this year but hey, we go all shades of green this time around. =) semangat kekeluargaan....haha
bedsheets sorted! well, except for the parent's room. along and i always have this lazy-ness to clean up the parent's room for no matter how much effort we took to clean it w/o a speck of dust found, the room still look rather messy. no doubt mum is a tender care loving person but too much?? errrmm... evrything seems so sayang for her to throw away the old unused stuffs. she will claim that she will use it in future or keep it for the unfortunates. but in the end, it seems her room is known as a store room. ok maybe i exagerated abit. hhaha, dad nicknamed mum as the karang guni lady.
the whole house sorted! basically, i've done dusting, arranging the furniture, vacuuming, scrubbing, mopping etc. and im shagged aye! mane perut rase kosong bangat skali.....isssh!
in a few minutes time, it will be time to break fast. alhamdulilah, ramadhan pergi dan syawal pun tiba.
and in a few hours time, it's a customary for us siblings and cousins to raid geylang on the night of raya. lelong! lelong! lelong! =)
aaaah...i can't wait to hear the takbir raya. it's so soothing and tears will naturally trickled down the cheeks.... atok, imissyou lots.
